BRAZILLAN BUTT WORKOUT

Today I will be running 5km (Okay, run/walking)
I am working one beating my time of 27min.

Then I will be doing a butt work out courtesy of
thehautebunny.

I have a very non existent butt thanks to my mother, at least large amounts of squats will make sure what I do have is nice and toned!

20 squats
20 plie squats
20 donkey kicks (each side)
20 fire hydrant kicks (each side)
30 alternating split jumps
30 alternating sliders
30 hip lifts
20 alternating lunge kicks

Do this routine before every shower:

- 50 jumping jacks
- 5 pushups
-20 crunches
- 20 mountain climbers
-30 second plank 
-7 burpees     

* Mountain Climber: Begin in a push-up position on your hands and toes. Alternate bringing each knee towards your chest
* Burpee: Begin by standing upright. Then drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground in front of you. Next extend your feet back so that you are in a plank position, return to squat. Return to standing position
