Progress Update - Day 2




 A quick progress update! 


I wish I had taken a better before picture at the beginning of this process, but here is a little photo update on my progress so far:


Only 134 days left until the big day!


CW: 142.5lbs <-- 1/2 lbs from yesterday! Thank you SlimRoast :) 
GW: 135lbs

To try and shed the last 7lbs and tone up I will commit to at least 4 workouts per week and vow to cook at home more!

Honey Chipotle Chicken Bowls with Lime Quinoa I howsweeteats.comMy life has changed and my fiance and I currently eat out EVERYDAY. That makes for some very unhealthy choices (the only place in town that was a salad bar shut down!)

Okay, that may be just another excuse...
